Settlement Groups
Group people who pay as one — like couples or families.
What Are Settlement Groups?
Group people who pay as one — like couples or families. We still track each person's share, but the final payment is combined.
Each participant can only be in one group at a time. Only the tracker owner can manage groups.
Creating a Group
From the Participants tab, tap the menu on a participant and select Add to group. Pick which existing participant or group to pair them with. The settle-up plan recomputes automatically.
How It Affects Settle Up
Instead of separate payments between grouped members, the group settles as one unit.
Example: Group trip
Alice and Bob are a couple in a group trip with Charlie.
- Without groups: Alice owes Charlie $15, Bob owes Charlie $10 — two separate payments
- With groups: Alice & Bob's group makes one combined $25 payment to Charlie
Removing from a Group
Tap Remove from group on a grouped participant. They return to settling individually. The settle-up plan recomputes. Previously recorded payments are not affected.
